Rejects Thousands Of Indian Students


New Zealand Immigration denied thousands of visas to Indian Students when the officials figured out that they are not coming for higher education. According to the official report of 51 Polytechnic institutions, over 30 percent applications of the Indian students for the visa programs have been rejected. 

When it comes to institutions almost, 86 percent of the Indian study applications were denied admissions. Applications are rejected on various grounds, students lacking in providing sufficient funds. 

Some experts stated that the problems with the tertiary institutions. New Zealand Immigration officials said that the applications were rejected based on the grounds of not meeting the specifications or requirements of student visa program. 

The decline rate is much higher than the acceptance rate; there is some serious issue with the immigration. New Zealand is planning to encourage the most qualified students who can come and pursue their higher education.
